How Does Progynova Help In The Treatment Of Infertility?

Hi, I had started the treatment for pregnancy. me and my husband had complete check up everything normal for both of us.. once my period cycle started from third day I suggested to take foligraph-75mg injection in alternative days till day 7 along with letroz five day course tablets. In day 8 I did a scan then and informed me that my right overy size is 13.5 and left is 8.3. so again they suggested me to take two day injection also progynova 2mg (vigainal insert) and ecosprin-75mg due to my uterus wall is thin.. I want to know during ovulation time if I take progynova will help me to get pregnant fast?? what is the complete purpose of progynova 2mg Thanks, Padu.

Hi, progynova is a estrogen tablets given to increase the endometrial thickness. So, as your follicles size is 13.5, your endometrial thickness might not be good. That's why you have been started on progynova. It will help in supporting implantation of embryo.
