Hello,

You need a few blood tests:
- Complete blood count
- Throat swab testing
- Repeat urine analysis
- Check your teeth to rule out bad teeth

They will help determine the real cause for the the swollen lymph nodes, especially when it comes to uro-genital infection. Perhaps you might need another course of prescription antibiotics. But first should get diagnostic tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
