i feel so stupid for asking this, how do you insert a tampon? i have lived with my dad since i was 8. i didnt even know what a period was until i was 10. nobody ever really said anything to me about it, my grandma just handed me a book when i was 11 that explained puberty. i didnt even know there was two holes there until i was 14. im 15 now. my period started less than a year ago, and i have always used pads. i just got my period today and i only have tampons . i honestly dont know what to do, please dont make fun of me. nobody ever took the time to explain any of this to me. help?
