i know where it is at but how do u count

You look at your watch and count. you can count how many beats after 15 seconds and multiply by four, but the best would be counting for a full minute

Hello, I am trying to take my mother s blood pressure but I am confused as to how to accurately read the sphygmomanometer gauge. I see the gauge beginning to twitch at around 118mmHg, but I dont hear the first pulse sound until 92mmHg. This seems low. Can you please clear up which I should pay attention to?
