How Do I Lower My Blood Pressure?
How do i lower my blood pressure ... I am sixteen years old...? Unfortunatley i have high blood pressure and am really worried, the doctors told me that it is a problem and needs to get fixed, I am 5 6 and weigh 178 pounds... I dont know what to do!!! And when i went there i was really nervous because i was going in for something else, so could that have caused my high blood pressure?

You have not told us what the blood pressure reading was so it is difficult to tell or treat.
What is more important is why high blood pressure in such a young person so all causes of secondary hypertension as to evaluated for and treated accordingly

Hi,thanks for query.First of all at your age blood pressure must be due to some reason.So please discuss with your doctor and try to fine out a cause like kidney problem,some hormonal problem etc.Depending upon the cause further advise can be given.Please maintain proper weight and do regular exercise.
