Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic, thanks for posting your query. I understand your concern.
Considering your height and age, the ideal weight for you would range somewhere between 105-130 pounds, and in your case you are just a couple of pounds more than it. So there is no need for you to worry so much.
Pregnancy causes a lot of changes to your body physically and it will take time sometimes to get back your physical fitness.
I assume that you are breast feeding your baby still and sometimes lactating also can cause weight issues due to the hormonal variations.
I suggest you to take it slow, as crash dieting or heavy exercises aren't very good right now. once you stop breast feeding , you can take up a balanced diet, and some moderate exercise to get started with.
Drink lots of water (4-5 litres) per day. eat healthy and include lot of fibre rich food in your diet. If you have undergone a C-section its not advisable for you to do any abdominal stressing exercises. Do not worry much, with time and continued diet and exercise you would gain back your desired weight.

Hope this helps, and answers your query satisfactorily. Do write back if you need further assistance.
Wishing you good health and good luck with the weight loss.
Regards.
