How Do I Avoid Arsenic Poisoning?

I have be reading up on arsenic poisoning, because I think my sisters is trying to get rid of me. when mother died she told me they was going to knock off someone and I figured she was talking about me, because I am h only on with no children. She and my other sister been talking all year whatever my other sister have to say to me she tell her, bcause we live from each other. I believe that they are slipping arsenic into my food. My other sister sent me a e-mail with virus she had just ask me for it she had something to send me to the family reunion, after I one it my computer they are using my niece she was her Christmas, I happen to wakeup and she was taking my jar of juice out the refrigerator 2am. I didn t give her a key and I just can t trust her the way she treat me lately. mary
