General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
Dear, please swallow the tablet with water. This needs to be swallow to be effective.Even if it is a vitamin do not take without advise from any doctor.Other thing this vitamin is normally given to all the pregnant mothers for the first 3 months to prevent congenital defect in the baby.So do not worry about the same. You will not have any problem.Buy and all the best.
