How Do I Start Contraceptive Pills Having Missed The Periods Since Taking Megace?

i started taking megace for the weight gain effect about 3 months ago. since then i have not had a period. at the time i was on birth control pills. i ran out and was not able to refill in time. it has probably been a little over a month. im not experiencing any pregnancy symptoms. i want to get back on the birth control pills. how do i go about that if im not having a period?

Hi,Welcome to health care magic forum.
The reasons for lack of periods could be the, the steroids in the megace, anemia, or infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You can take the pills right now, and caliculate from now onwards. But still have a pregnancy test to avoid the complications.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to make the periods regular,gain blood, general health, and improve resistance.
