How Do I Lose Weight Being On Regular Diet ?

i am 17 years old , unmarried, i want to reduce fat in my body. i dont even eat much ,except my regular diet . what to do?

Hi, Lekha,
Thanks for query,
Firstly you go for thyroid test to rule out hypo thyroid,
Take fat free diet,less carbohydrate,avoid fried and junk food.
take more green veges and salads.
In between two principal meals do not take any thing,if you feel hungry then take salads only.
Do some exercise regularly.

hi,

If you feel you are eating regular diet and still not losing any wt thn i feel may be your metabolism have become low,
start eating small and frequent meals
walk 10 mins after everymeal or 45 mins daily
drink lots of water
total oil consumption in form of oil, ghee and butter should not b more thn 3tsp ie 15 ml
also aviod fried foods, high fat foods like pizza burgers etc
papad, pickles chutneys, cheese, etc

Good day
The best way to lose weight is combined proper diet and exercise. Diet should include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, pulses, cereal, wheat stuff like Oats, avoid junk food, colas, drink plenty of water. Drink water half an hour after a meal. Exercise for 40 minutes everyday by fast walking.
