how do I get rid of my phobia??? My mum critically ill in bed for 2 years..everytime I look at her feel what if that happens to me..fortunately now Im away out of the country coz I live overseas..but still when the thought comes it cripples me for a few minutes and I suffer from that real panic atack..is this unnatural..m friends n close ones say no.
