How Could Sleeplessness Caused By Dreams Be Explained?
Hi SIr, i m facing some problem with Dreams..whenever i sleep i will get dreams..i know it s quite common for everyone,,but when i sleep 2 minutes(Like nap) in those two minutes i will get a dream..due to this i m not sleeping well.. Can you please advise me on this? Thanks for your answers!!

This can be due to anxiety and even if not you will get relief with zolpidem 5mg. take it for few days continiously and then alternatively.
if there is concomittant anxiety then mirtazapine 7.5 -15mg at night can work wonders. This Can cause over seation for few initial days, sovdint worry too much. It will wean off.
