Fatty liver is usually because of excess fatty food consumption, alcoholism as well. STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL. Avoid fried, oily, fatty food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily 40 minutes by brisk walking. Get your liver function tested after 6 months for review.
