How Contagious Is Chickenpox?
Hi, both my children (17 & 13) have not had chicken pox but both have had the vaccine. Some friends of ours have just had chicken pox go right through their whole family. The Dad is currently sick and still coming out in spots. If I have their daughter in my car who had it well over a month ago, carry the virus from inside the house to my children in our car?

Chickenpox is a viral infection which is highly contagious. Even with vaccination, protection is not 100%. Only thing is it manifests at a milder variety.
