General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
I feel you should see your Doctor or a Surgeon and get an Ultrasound done of your abdomen and KUB to see the status of your Kidneys, Ureter and bladder.
This would be able to clearly tell what is wrong and then how to go about managing it.
Take care.
Do feel free to ask any more queries on the subject.
You can also contact me by asking a Direct Query on the website.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
