How Cannon Diabetic Neuropathy Be Treated?
I have non diadetic neuropathy. I am currently taking a very high dose 300 mg three times a day of Lyrica. I am also taking five or 620 mg pills of Vicodin a day for pain. I just started going to a nerve/spinal cord Doctor Who also deals with pain. He prescribed me Keppra to take. Is this the right combination. Keppra is for seizures. I do not have them.

Keppra is a brand name of Levetiracetam, as you said it is a seizure drug. However, it can be used for neuropathic pain but the effectiveness is controversial.
You can continue Lyrica and Vicodin for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated. It is better to go for an MRI scan for further assessment.
