How Can Yeast Infection In An Infant Be Treated?

My daughter ask about treatment for her two month old who has a yeast infection. Dr has given her anti fungus cream but it doesn t go away. All the home remedies are not recommended from coconut oil to vinegar baths but she has been doing everything the Dr tells her air the bottom to the fungus cream. What to do after three weeks.

first tobe diagnosed. if local cream is not responding then systemic anti fungal antibiotic can be given. these are very toxic so consult pediatric specialist for examination and advise on treatment
