How Can Weakness And Nausea Be Treated?

My mother age is 60 she has plasmodium vivax positive as coming from hilly area after 15 days traveling treatment already done lariago and monosef inj should be given after that artesunate clindamycin is given now there is so much weakness that they can't stand nausea is also there platelet count is around 1 lakh kindly tell what we do

I understand your concern.

Weakness and nausea may be due to antibiotics side effects/hepatitis as complication of malaria/electrolyte disturbances/anaemia.

Platelet counts are bit lower but it is not to worry about.
Kindly get her liver function tests done.
PPI combination with anti emetic like pantoprazole domperidone once a day for 5-7 days.
Take probiotics for establishment of normal intestinal flora.
Maintain hydration with plenty of fluids.Oral rehydration solution is recommended.
Give her small and frequent meals.Soft semi solid well cooked food should be given for easy digestion.
