Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of vitiligo, treatment depends on the total body surface of involvement.
For small lesions and less body area involved treatment options are-
1. Topical moderately potent creams like mometasone cream or clobetasone cream. Topical tacrolimus or calcipotriol are other options.
2. Oral trioxsalen or methoxsalen followed by sun-exposure can be tried only after consulting a dermatologist.
For larger lesions and more body surface involved-
1. PUVA therapy is recommended . It is usually available in large government hospitals.
2. Other treatment options include - topical potant steroids, oral corticosteroids, high dose psoralen.

Thanks.
