How Can Vitiligo Be Treated?

My father is suffering from vitiligo in its initial stage .. Few moths before it stated with a small white spot in between the fingers and now it started spreading... He is 57 years old... He needs a solution for this... So that it doesnot spread more..

Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease if you will not take proper treatment it will spread to involve whole body. There are lot many treatment options available like firstly drugs then PUVA therapy then skin grafting. These treatments have very good results.
