Hello,

She may be developed viral rhinitis with pharyngitis with probable pneumonia. She may need water vapor inhalation and paracetamol every six hourly. Need antibiotics like amoxicillin clavulanate twice a day for five days. Use an antihistamine like Chlorphenamine maleate twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat her accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
