Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I advice you to go to a ENT specialist or a general physician as inner ear defects can cause vertigo. Yes Cerebellar diseases are also responsible for vertigo but you have been to a neurologist he must have ruled out cerebellum rated causes so I will not recommend you to a neurologist. I advice you to do a serum B12 test and consult a ENT specialist. I usually advice stugerone plus 20mg twice a day if such type of case comes to me in my clinic. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day for a month will also help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
