How Can Vertigo Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with vertigo. I am 58 years old and am frustrated with being dizzy all the time and sometimes nausea is a problem. I do certain exercises that help but what I want and need is to feel better . On top of that, I fell from a tree 30 feet and broke my leg. Surgery repaired broken bones with lots of screws and plates. I made a stick to help my balance to walk. Ok, enough already. Ideas?

can gofor middle ear check of cochlea and medulla. test for nerve and conduction deafness. can take tab vertin twice daily.
