Hi,

Simple fingering is not sufficient to cause urinary tract infection (which is indicated by current symptoms), unless there is penetrative sex.

And if this was the case, there can be preceeding urinary tract infection which exacerbated by fingering.

In the best management guidelines, kindly find my answer below
-drink more and more liquids
-keep the genital clean with antiseptic liquid, dry
-wear loose, cotton inner wears
-avoid masturbation or other sex pleasures with the vagina
-cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water
-tablet ibuprofen if no history of drug sensitivity.

Inform your parents as per the progress of the issue if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
