How Can Uterine Fibroids Be Treated?
I m 53, never had children. I have had Uterine Fibroids for years and the doctor keeps telling me they will go away when I have menopause which has not happened yet. In June 2017 I had a pelvic ultrasound to check on the fibroids - they have increased in size and I had two ovarian cysts one on each side. We did an endometrial biopsy which came back normal. Last week I had my follow up pelvic ultrasound. The fibroids have not changed and the ovarian cysts are still there but they have reduced in size. What do I do at this point? What questions should I ask my doctor. Thank you.
