How Can Uterine Fibroids And Bilateral Nephrolithiasis Be Treated?

a hypoechoic nodule measuring 20*15mm is seen in the anterior wall of the body of uterus. another nodule is 19*14mm iseen in posterior wall of body of uterus. both are solid & intramural. few nabothian cysts are seen in the cervix. impression:- fibroids uterus,bilateral nephrolithiasis. what should i do?

Hi I think you have 2 small fibroids in uterus. But size is very small. If you have any period problem like heavy bleeding during periods or irregular periods, you can try some hormonal treatment for that. Surgery is not required. You also have bilateral kidney stone. For that, consult a surgeon or urologist. Hope it helps.
