General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Fibroid treatment will depend on the size site and presence of the symptoms.
Fibroid cause pain during menstruation, excessive bleeding, abdominal pain and vaginal infection.
I would suggests to consult the gynecologist for proper management.
Fibroid can be reduced by the danazole, progesterone pill and estrogen receptor modulator.
Tablet ibuprufen for pain.
But if problem persists after the medicine then
Surgery is the final option: laparoscopic myomectomy and radiofrequency ablation
So consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment
Hope this may help you
