How Can Urinary Tract Infection Be Treated?

I have just gotten a urine culture done which shows between 1 and 10,000 escherichia coli in it. I had a kidney stones that sent me to the ER and they found this. I have heard not to take antibiotics for this which could cause HUS. I have no symptoms of a UTI, so what would be my best course of home treatment since I would like to avoid the antibiotics Thanx. Hi. I have gone through your query.I suggest that you drink lots of water. You can take Cranberry extract caps twice a day x15 days.I think this would be the best course of treatment if you do not want to take Antibiotics.
I find this answer helpful
