How Can Urinary Tract Infection Be Treated?
I ve been having burning sensation all the way up to my bladder for few days.. urine test showed pus was 4-6/HPF and epithelial cells 2-3 which are close to normal i guess.. i started having Citralka syrup today.. had 4 times.. also had 2.5L of water.. burning sensation decreased in the evening but back to normal now..

Your urine report is normal...Normally 3 to 5 pus cells can be present in urine ..
For burning urine sensation just continue taking more water ...
Fruit juice taken more
Avoid excess spicy foods
You can take cranberry juice extract tablet available commercially
If no improvement than USG and urine culture like further work up done
