respected sir,3 months back i was diagnosed with "right epididymitis " with the help of scrotal ultrasound . my whole abdomen ultrasound and KUB were normal.my urine culture had e.coli bacteria and 3-4 leukocytes+few red blood cells. doctor gave me a 3 week course of ciplox 500 mg bd .i was cured of epididymitis but still i am suffering from other urinary problems like 1) frequent urination (sometime just after 5 miniutes of prior one and more then 10 times in a day) 2)a very strong urge even if there is a very little urine inside. 3)2 out of 5 times i have to wait like 40 seconds for urine to come. 4)i have to urinate the residual amount of urine always just after defaecation. 5) i have to strain a bit during my stool passing and i feel of like "not being done" thats why i sometimes strain.constipation ???(i don know really) 6)pain in lower part of rectum and coccyx after passing stool for atleast 3-4 hours. sir kindly answer me as i am very depressed with these problems . suggest me.
