How Can Upper Respiratory Infection Be Treated?

after harvey I went to help my brother clean up his home had 6+feet of water home was closed up with rotten meat all over floors I went in had a rag cover my mouth ,on the 1st sept I have had upper respotory infection since diffrent antibiotics and inhailor s , i feel better when i am on meds but return to being sick again should i go to a specialist
