How Can Toothache Be Treated?

i have a toothache like none ive ever had its goin around the right side of my mouth and giving me earache and a really sore temple all up the right side, it has persisted for three days now i have tried many painkillers and anti inflamitory tablets and they dont seem to be working, what should i do

It seems like pericoronitis and you need to take antibiotics and mouth wash
Rx
Amoxyclave 625 twice a day for 3 days
Zerodol sp twice daily for three days
Mouthwash H2O2 6%for 5 days
