Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I believe that you have got a paronychia. It is collection of pus just under nail bed and this is causing you sharp pain. I would recommend you to show it to a surgeon and get this pus evacuated with the help of a stab incision. it will immediately bring your pain down and you will feel much better. Also I would suggest you to start a broad spectrum antibiotics like Amoxyclav for further control of infection along with pain killer like Nimesulide or Diclofenac.
