How Can Chronic Tinnitus And Vertigo Be Treated When Homeopathy Medication Didn't Help?

I am suffering from tinnitus plus vertigo i.e. Meniere disease. Buzzing sound in right ear. when it is loud and the chirping of a cricket when it is low is always there day and night 24 hours. After I get up from sleep it is more. It is in this stage from the middle of 2014. Tried many homeopathic medicines but without much effect. Now, sometime I feel depressed thinking it will never go and my condition will deteriorate. I am also scared that it will effect my left ear also. Otherwise my health is ok. My right hand is also weak and cannot right properly. It quivers.

Hello
I would like to suggest you some medicines:

Brahmi Capsules 1od
Ashwagandha Capsules 1od
Brahmi Chayawanprash 1tsf with milk

Try to Adapt this lifestyle:
1. Sit or lie down when you feel light headed - During an episode of vertigo, avoid things like watching television, reading, bright lights and sudden movements.
2. Take proper rest during and after attacks - Avoid to return to your normal activities.
3. Be careful you may lose your balance - Due to the loss of balance serious injury can occur. So consider walking with a stick for stability.
4. Avoid vehicle driving or operating heavy machinery - If one has the frequent episodes of vertigo. So avoid doing these things because injury or accident may happen.

Thanks
Dr. Tripat Mehta
