How Can The Stomach Fat Be Reduced?

Hi :) i am 14 years old and i'm quite skinny i am 44kg and i am about 150 cm tall (by the way am i too heavy for my age?).My stomach is the main thing! is it possible for me to get a flat stomach even though i am 14? if yes would sit-ups help? also what other exercises can i do in order to get a flat stomach?

Dear , your wt is little more than the range ,but need not worry ,modify your life style and food habits .to boost your immunity .

Take balanced diet including all essential nutrients in natural form - fiber fresh fruit ,veges ,ginger, garilc ,amla ,Aloe vera juice , a spoon of turmeric powder + Almond oil with a cup of hot milk at bed time help stay healthy .
And ,do exercise , brisk walking ,yoga , Pranayam -deep breething , Dhanurasan , Vajjarassan , ushtrasan , bhujjangasan , makkarasan , cycling ,suryanamaskar , ,Kapalbhatti , sit ups ,toe touching , shaking all help reduce fat from stomach, help stay healthy.
Develop some habits like 1) Always use stairs 2) start walking in the park 3) cut some calories 4) drink water instead of coke or any aeriated water .

Avoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation .
