How can the snoring problem be overcome ?
hi. my age is 27. i have problem of snoring with very loud sound..my friends even cant tolarate that sound..i want o get married soon..please give some sugesstion..is there any sugery for snoring...its very imp...please help me...

First of all try some decongestant nasal drops like oxymetazoline.
If still the condition persists, then there are surgical options like-- uvulopalatoplasty.
For this you will have to consult an ent surgeon.

There are various causes for snoring. You may try the Anti-snoring nasal breathing aid which are small strips that keep the nose open at a point where they may prevent snoring. If this doesn't work, obesity may also be an issue. Get him to start exercising everyday, avoid high carb diet and include fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet. Keep well hydrated. Your Doctor will examine him and hep find out what is causing the snoring as there may some problems with his oronasal passages as well.
