How Can Tachycardia And Low Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

Hi. My name is Margaret Fletcher and I have a problem with my heart. I have tachycardia. It beats too fast, even at rest. My average heart rate can range anywhere from 80bpm to 140bpm. I have syncope as well because of low blood pressure. I am taking Metoprolol to decrease the heart rate and Midodrine for the low blood pressure. And neither one is working sufficiently enough to control either problem. Is there something else that can be done to help control both of these problems?
