Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Both VDRL and TPHA positive confirmed that you are having Syphilis. Treatment for Syphilis depends on the duration of disease. Injection Penicillin is the drug of choice. If it is well within two years, it is called as early syphilis, then a single injection of LA 24 of Depot preparation of Penicillin is enough whereas if the duration of infection would be more than two years the it is called as Late Syphilis. Treatment for late Syphilis is LA 24 Depot preparation weekly once for 4 weeks may be necessary. Get treated with the specialist in STD management.
DR S.Murugan.
