Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The TPHa test detect human Treponema pallidum antibodies. These antibodies become detectable at 3-4 weeks following the exposure to T-pallidum and may remain at detectable levels for long periods after treatment. You have had the three shots of antibiotics so don't be worried.

Best regards!
