How Can Swelling And Pain On The Toe Be Treated?

I was bit on my toe 3 months ago it is still swollen an at first there was a small pulse like blister on it then it went away an left a small opening since then skin has grown over opening an my big toe hurt an is tender to touch ... I cannot wear a close toe shoe. I have soak it but ointment , ice antihistamine creams an benadrly itch cream on it none of it works ... the area has turned blackish grey ....

first exclude gaut. have blood examination for oxalic acid level. take antioxidant and food like tommatocarrot ginger . if diagnosed then give colchicin and monitour the blood level.give rest to the effected toe.
