How Can Swelling And Inflammation In The Labial Frenulum Be Treated?

Hi. i was drinking some juice from a really big bottle then i still had it to my mouth when i was opening the fridge to put it back in but them i forgot the bottle was to big so when i opened the fridge it hit up on my lower labial frenulum. And for the past few days it has been swollen and red and when i pull to see how it looks it stings and pains a whole lot, sometimes when i eat too it also pains for a while then i will have to eat on the left side of my mouth. Please help it really hurts. even when i talk sometimes.

It looks like there is trauma to the lower labial frenulum due to sudden hit with the bottle that might have led to tear and inflammation of the frenulum.
It can take some time to get resolved so please relax.
My suggestion to you is to apply cool compresses over it and along with it do warm saline gargles. Take anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen.. Also take soft diet and avoid pulling the lip to check again and again as it can cause recurring injuries causing pain and discomfort.
In case if it still does not show any improvement then consult an Oral Physician and get it checked so that exact cause can be ruled out.
