General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

The swollen, red and purple, feverish, pus leaking are signs of paronychia (nail infection).
I advise to:
- wash with warm water and antibacterial soap
- soak in warm water and betaine
- rinse and dry well
- apply antibiotic ointment on the nail bed

If no improvement within a couple of days, should see a dermatologist.

Wish fast recovery.
