General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There is inflammation at the injury site, which can give pain, swelling with the limitation of movements and so forth.

The definite evaluation for sensory, motor function is mandatory to rule out the underlying nerve injury.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
