How Can Sunburn On The Forehead Be Treated?

I got severely sunburned on Sunday afternoon. I have blisters on my hairline and top of forehead. I have blisters on my ears too. What should I do? It is very painful, in fact, one blister on my top of my ear popped today and is emitting a stinging sensation.

Hi,

As a first line of management you can apply low potency steroid like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If tan persists it is better to consult a dermatologist and plan for laser therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
