How Can Stomach Pain During Coughing Be Treated?
hello docter ......i am surya 22 yrs old. my past complaintes are mallery weiss tear with bloody stools & vomiting blood before an year and later cured......currently am having same problem such as pain in stomach during cough r any other movements....but not bloody stools r vomiting blood now.......Note : am an occasional drinker......& am completely stoped before an year....but my timing in food r not regular & am outside tend to eat in restuarents always.......WHAT CAN I DO HERE AFTER......WHAT TYPE OF FOOD HABIT I HAVE TO TAKE IN ORDER TO INCREASE MY STRENGTH OF LIVER.....CAN I ALSO PROCEED MY REGULAR EXERCISE?

- Food pattern must be preferably bland, vegan.
-Avoiding all dairy fat, spices, junk foods, non-veg items till possible.
