How Can Stomach Aches With Constipation And Heaviness Be Treated?
im always passing stools and having stomach aches. i am usually constipated as well. I have movicol. i had constipation in the past and doc said i dont need an examination and half of it is psychological. im still worried. my bottom feels heavy of stools like i keep needing to make a bowel movement.

It would be better if you had mentioned your age. There are number of causes of constipation. Many of them do not need any investigation, however, if it is associated with other features like stomach aches, fever then it is necessary to investigate for the cause.
Also, if the condition is not improving from the diet, exercise and medication then it is necessary to investigate it. For a situation like this as you have explained, I usually do some of the investigations like complete blood count, thyroid function test, serum calcium, serum potassium etcetera. Another test like colonoscopy may be necessary to exclude the conditions of the bowel.
So do not get worried for now, but if the problem is annoying you can find a doctor and get an examination and the test done.
