How Can Stomach Ache With Fever Be Treated?

Hi, My wife is having stomach ache with fever. We have consulted the doctor . HE has prescribed 3 medicines , NP4, Gudcef CV 200 and Pump DSR. The fever is still persisting, Kindly suggest if the mentioned medicines have the PCM or should i give her PCM ?

Please read the contents of NP4.. IF it has no paracetamol then you may please give in addition to the mentioned medicines.
Continue the medicines for 5 to 7 days.
You may also go for blood, urine tests if the problem persists.
