How Can Stomach Ache Along With Dizziness And Nausea Be Treated?

Was in the ER for stomach pain and rectal bleeding. CT showed I was full of feces. Sent home with an enema. It has been over 24 hrs since I’ve done the enema. I have not had a bowel movement, anytime I try to go it’s just blood. I still have awful stomach pains, I feel light headed, nauseous, am pale and have horrible bags under my eyes. What should I do now?

youarehaving constipation drink more water and take fiber rich food. can take soaked husk of isofgul at bed time.can take cremafin. be physicaly active take regular morning walk.with proper bowel movment you will be alright. can consult naturopath expert for counseling. yoga and meditation may helpyou.
