General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As you already took antibiotic tablet ciprofloxacin and now no discharge, it's a good sign. Complete the course of the antibiotic. The sensitivity of toe will recover within the next four to five days. Do regular dressing. Keep that part clean. Use Neosporin H powder locally. You can take tablet aceclofenac for pain. I will suggest you review here with detailed history or consult with the surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
