How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

My husband has Spinal stenosis, 3 bulging disks, impact injures all the way down his spine and the stenosis is in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar with 2% of his spinal canal open. my question is if the spine is closed then what happens when there is no spinal fluid going to the brain?

yes you have put a very nice question what happens to the fluid going to brain
yes it get decreased in supply to brain

but if you see the anatomy of the fluid being formed its itself formed in brain them it circulates

so it travels vice versa

so only surgical correction of stenosis can be done
